Return Policy

14-Day Return Window

We stand behind the quality of every tool and product at AR Hacker Studio. If you receive a faulty, broken, or misdescribed item, you have exactly 14 days from the delivery date to request a full return or replacement.

Physical Goods

Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. If the item was damaged during shipping by the courier, please provide photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery.

Digital Goods / Software

Digital products (scripts, keys, software) are non-returnable once the access token has been activated, unless proven to be technically defective or non-functional as described.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your AR Hacker Studio account.
  2. Navigate to the Support Ticket section.
  3. Select "Return Request" and attach your order ID and proof of issue.
  4. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return label or digital verification.
